Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

The Creative Strategist will lead and inspire the creative team to deliver innovative and compelling visual concepts and marketing campaigns across all media channels, setting the creative vision and driving the process from concept to completion.

Role
Marketing Strategy & Creative Ideation
• Develop and execute a creative strategy that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate ideas that reflect the brand's personality and voice.
• Develop a clear value proposition that differentiates the company from competitors and resonates with target audiences.
• Responsible for leading the visual design direction for creative projects across platforms, ensuring consistency with Mastercard's and Client's brand identity and values.
Collaboration & Execution
• Overall responsibility on the overall production of creative materials and agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing strategy, designers, copywriters and project managers to deliver compelling designs that engage and resonate with the audience(s).
• Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of content and design across all mediums to best industry practice standards and client branding guidelines by ensuring all output is checked and errors minimized.
• Presentation of brand creative concepts to clients.
• Produce creative guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all mediums.
• Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.
• Learn about different cultures and preferences.
All about you
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Knowledge of print production processes, digital design best practices, and experience with motion graphics or video production is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
• Language requirement: professional in English, local language (Polish) any other language a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Min. 7 years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, creative design, or advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision.
