Client Success Manager

We are looking for our next Client Success Manager to work with our clients that utilize Mastercard's Identity Verification and Fraud Solutions. This person will work with some of our largest strategic clients.

Role:

• Own the "day to day" relationship for Mastercard's identity verification/fraud solutions, with some of the largest eCommerce and Marketplace customers in North America
• Partner with the sales and field data science teams, to ensure a clear understanding of your assigned customers' priorities and point points, to ensure proper solution proposals with the client
• Responsible for the program management and timely delivery of contracted solutions
• Become the knowledge expert on your assigned accounts (what they do, their current priorities, and our key points of contact)
• Support release management processes with your customers, for Mastercard technology updates
• Act as focal point for customer support issues
• May lead complex customer delivery projects to ensure the achievement of project objectives, on-time delivery and revenue goals are met
• Own and resolve complex technical/business operational issues for your customers, and escalate to product teams when appropriate
• On a regular basis, schedule and lead product and business reviews with your assigned accounts (often, along with your Mastercard sales counterpart)
• Execute analytics and quantitative analysis to measure progress and success of initiatives
• Own contract renewals, typically partnering with Mastercard sales counterpart to develop renewal strategy and execution
• Appropriately track your progress with accounts, especially with org-wide initiatives (e.g., new product release communications and customer readiness tracking; industry event meeting confirmations, etc.)

All About You:

• Demonstrated success in working with customers and product teams
• The track record of learning new technologies, and the ability to train someone else on them
• Ideally familiar with API products and the online fraud space
• Also ideally, have closed or renewed, and then managed the implementation of contracts

Must be based hybrid out of our Vancouver, British Columbia office.

Base Salary Range: 97,000-133,000 CAD
