Mastercard Summer Internship Program
The Mastercard Summer Internship Program is a comprehensive 10-week program aimed at early career talent, where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives.

What you'll do
We have opportunities for you in the following teams and business functions: Account Management, Marketing, Product - Business Segment, and Acceptance Development teams for 2025.

Account Management:

Assist the Account Manager with client business review analysis and help create impactful presentations for key discussions. Join strategic conversations, collaborate with colleagues, and keep track of key takeaways to ensure nothing gets missed. Gain hands-on experience navigating Salesforce's sales pipeline management tool, creating CRM reports, and working with end-to-end contract management process.

→ You will become the go-to problem solver, tackling real customer challenges and figuring out how to navigate a corporate environment like a pro. Along the way, you'll learn how to connect the dots, find creative solutions, and make things happen across different teams.

Marketing:

Get involved in B2B and B2C marketing activities for partners, helping execute campaigns, events, and marketing communications. Work closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life and support the sales team with engaging and differentiated solutions.

→ You'll get a front-row seat to the world of marketing - creating buzz, launching campaigns, and making sure the right message hits the right audience. From B2B to B2C, you'll learn how to craft strategies that work and help sales team seal the deal.

Product - Business Segment:

Explore a broad portfolio of products and help identify the best solutions tailored to the local market. Support teams and clients by analyzing the market trends and business needs to ensure the right products are applied effectively.

→ You'll master the art of matching the right solutions to the right market, gaining a deep understanding of how products are adapted to fit the business needs. Along the way, you'll sharpen your analytical skills, uncover market trends, and see firsthand how strategic product decisions are made.

Acceptance Development:

Team up with the acceptance crew to make sure businesses can accept payments smoothly. Track performance, analyze key data, and help merchants and retailers improve their payment setups.

→ You'll see how payments flow, from tap to checkout, and why a smooth payment experience matters. Plus, you'll get the inside scoop on what's trending in retail, e-commerce, and future of payments.

What you'll need
• To be available to work Full-time between Mid-June to End of August.
• To be a Penultimate Masters/Undergraduate Student, due to graduate no earlier than 2026.
Proficiency in Czech and English is required-additional languages are a bonus!
• To be located in Prague (or ready to be here for the summer - good vibes included).
• A creative and curious mindset - big ideas and bold thinking are always welcome!
• Strong collaboration skills - you'll be working with different teams across the organization.
• Strong teamwork skills - because collaboration drives success.
• Advanced PC skills
