Associate Sales Specialist, Launch Graduate Program 2025 - Prague, Czech Republic

Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills in a global setting, you'll launch your Mastercard career.

About the Team and the Roles:

We are a dynamic Sales team led by the Head of Sales, managing a group of six Account Managers-four based in Czechia and two in Slovakia. Our team is responsible for managing key clients, including major banks and meal-voucher companies, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. We focus on understanding our clients' needs, providing tailored Mastercard solutions, and ensuring long-term partnerships that generate revenue.

Our work involves a balance between administrative responsibilities and direct client interactions. We handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth implementation of services. We also conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss performance, provide updates, and explore new business opportunities.

We are recruiting for four Launch opportunities in the field of Account Management in 2025. Please highlight any particular preferences in your CV and Cover Letter; otherwise, based on your profile, you will be matched to the role that best aligns with your skillset.

Open Roles:
1.Account Management Support - Slovak Market
oSupport the local sales team with account management tasks related to both issuing and acquiring topics.
oAssist in managing key accounts in Slovakia, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

2.Account Management Support - Czech Market
oManage administrative tasks such as handling contracts, FundApp management, legal support, and project administration.
oProvide account management assistance to ensure the effective operation of services.

3.Account Manager - Data Analysis
oSupport the team by driving business growth through account management.
oUse data analysis to identify business opportunities and support decision-making processes.

4.Account Manager - Product Propositions
oManage client accounts with a focus on product propositions and development.
oEnsure that product offerings align with client needs and account management strategies.

What you'll need
• To be available for start from 3rd March 2025/1st September 2025
• To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2024
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Based in Prague or willing to travel to the Prague office.
• Currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics). However, we welcome candidates from other fields, such as psychology, for a diverse perspective.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently, finding solutions, and leveraging available training and support.
