Associate Managing Consultant, Platform Business Development

The Associate Managing Consultant, Platform Business Development role will be a key member of the Services Business Development team in North America, with a specific focus on sales and revenue operations in support of Platform businesses. The Platforms remit includes: Loyalty, Personalization (Dynamic Yield), Test & Learn, Ethoca, Identity Solutions, and Cybersecurity solutions (RiskRecon). The Platforms team, and this role, strive to enhance and optimize the GTM for all platform solutions in North America through better activation of all sales channels, but especially the broader Services Business Development Community.

Role:

This role will support the execution and operation of priority initiatives that the NAM Platform Sales Lead co-develop with the Sales leaders for each individual Specialist Sales Team. This may include: Priority Sales Plays, Strategic Account Planning and White-space identification, business case development for new GTM efforts, coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders and teams to develop a NAM-centric view of the Platform business for Services leadership. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly collaborative, flexible, results/outcome driven, and willing to respectfully challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support each Specialist Sales team achieve their revenue and sales targets (IYR, TCV), and especially, work across Specialist Sales Teams and the Services Business Development community to grow Platform Revenues in NAM.
• Develop and maintain a Platforms Sharepoint site that will act as a one-stop-shop for key GTM resources for the SBL community: enhanced Sales Enablement materials, Platform Team priorities, major Sales Initiatives and Target Accounts
• Support revenue reporting operations across all platform business; working directly with the NAM Platforms Sales lead, the leaders of each individual Specialist Sales team, and Services Business Development Leadership
• Support the execution of priority Sales Plays developed in partnership with Services Business Development and Specialist Sales Teams

• Experienced professional with ability to drive both strategy and support execution in partnership with other teams
• Detailed oriented with strong project management skills
• Experience in business development, customer success, or revenue operations
• Some expertise of Mastercard data and platforms and internal regional sales norms
• Ability to influence and challenge peers and more senior colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to probe to understand root cause problems
• Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
• Exceptional at relationship building, conveying credibility and confidence
• Execution oriented, lead by doing and partnering with others

Purchase Salary Range: $98,000 - $152,000

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
