The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.
Job Description:
Market Delivery team at Mastercard is responsible for the program and project management and timely delivery of products and services to customers. Market Delivery team:
• Partners with the sales teams and GP&S to ensure clear and required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan.
• Acts as the knowledge expert on the market technology infrastructure for all stakeholders.
• Supports release management process towards clients for technology updates.
• Acts as focal point for customer support issues and for internal technology issues which need to be addressed to the market.
During your 18 months within Mastercard, your major accountabilities may include:
• Research problem requests and respond to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customers
• Contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
• Analyze data from customer delivery projects and report on performance relative to success metrics
• Help identify customer needs and contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs
• Produce presentation materials, analytics and reports for customer or internal communications
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete deliver and customer support tasks

Education:
• Graduating seniors - Class of 2025
• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree or above (STEM majors are preferred)

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office languages (viz. Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Candidates must be a citizen of Hong Kong, with unrestricted work authorization for Hong Kong and will not require sponsorship for Hong Kong work authorization now or anytime in the future.
