This individual will work in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Experience Architects, and other key stakeholders. Their primary responsibility is to develop effective learning experiences that help us drive strategic business objectives while meeting the diverse needs of our learners.

• Employ iterative prototyping and A/B testing methodologies to refine learning experiences based on real user feedback.
• Conduct learner audience analysis to customize learning paths and strategies.
• Review existing training materials, including internally created content and content libraries, and use UX insights to suggest recommendations for the agile development of experiences.

Design:
• Partner with Learning Experience Architect, SMEs, and other stakeholders to outline and prototype end-to-end learning experiences, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and strategic goals.
• Choose appropriate instructional strategies and modalities for content development and implementation, considering scalability, maintainability, and overall product lifecycle.
• Draft design documents, such as curriculum maps, course outlines, and learning objectives, while maintaining a backlog of potential content improvements and updates.
• Implement agile methodologies, using iterative development and feedback loops to continuously enhance learning products.

Development:
• Craft engaging, effective, and interactive learning experiences using authoring tools. Use principles from UX design to ensure content is user-centric, intuitive, and caters to varied learner personas.
• Implement product management methodologies to manage content iterations, prioritize updates based on user feedback, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Infuse digital marketing strategies by understanding learner journeys and optimizing content for discoverability and engagement.
• Utilize A/B testing and other digital marketing techniques to understand learner preferences, maximizing engagement and retention.

Implementation:
• Partner with the Learning Experience Architect to ensure smooth rollout of learning experiences.
• Train facilitators or trainers as necessary.
• Provide support during the initial launch of training programs.
• Test and refine course materials based on feedback from beta tests or pilot sessions, using analytics and user behavior metrics to inform refinements.
• Iterate on user feedback, employing agile product management practices to continuously evolve and enhance learning offerings.
• Work closely with HRBPs, Comms, etc. teams to ensure that promotional strategies for the learning content align with overall learner acquisition and engagement goals.

Evaluation:
• Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders post-training to assess the effectiveness of learning experiences.
• Collaborate with the Learning Experience Architect to analyze key metrics and KPIs.
• Propose and implement revisions based on evaluation findings to ensure continuous improvement.
