Overview
Seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Business Transformation team as they drive their strategy forward by consistently innovating, optimizing and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving revenue while managing expenses, highly motivated, intellectually curious and analytical. You will be supporting the EVP of Business Transformation and team by partnering across multiple funcitons to deliver results.

Role
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Teams with the business unit to evaluate potential business relationships and to evaluate new growth areas from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives
oDrive the financial planning and analysis process across the Business Transformation team (e.g., ownership of the Budget, Forecasts, O&Rs and strategic plans)
oCreate insightful analytics to support business strategies/decision making (business cases, investment decisions, performance evaluation etc.)
oDevelopment of materials to support ongoing business reviews: Monthly Performance Packages, Operating Reviews, Business Unit Reviews
oDevelop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics
oSupport effective cost management and efficiency efforts
oInvestigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of reporting, anticipating needs of key stakeholders
• Manage and/or conduct ad hoc projects as required
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Partner closely with SVPs across the team - possess strong interpersonal & excellent business partnering skills, as well as the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
• Be comfortable making calculated decisions when faced with ambiguity and show ability to work in an extremely fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment
• Experience operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group (remote locations and across regions)
• Ability to work independently but also be a team player; proactive and able to deliver within agreed deadlines
• Experienced with financial systems and applications (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle)
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; makes recommendations to further improve procedures
• Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Bachelors degree; CPA/CA/Masters qualified a plus

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
