Analyst, Customer Onboarding and Partnership
Overview:
The Franchise Team is looking for an Analyst to focus on leading the enrollment of new customers as well as managing the customer life cycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, new technologies and platforms related to financial ecosystem, highly motivated, self-driven, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role:
- Lead and execute onboarding activities for the participants of Mastercard Payment Scheme in Brazil.
- Ensure customer database is accurate and up to date.
- Perform analysis and identify opportunities process improvement.
- Establish relationship with customers and prospects to coordinate the proper onboarding according to Mastercard Rules and regulatory demands.
- Establish and leverage relationships with key stakeholders to identify and address vulnerabilities and weaknesses of current processes.
- Coordinate with key areas such as AML and Regulatory and the execution of the end to end onboarding process.
- Provide monthly reporting and status to Management team.
- Coordinate key activities with Mastercard Global teams.
- Assist with creation of presentation materials to socialize and communicate team strategies, plans and priorities.

- Ability to develop business relationships at all levels.
- Analytical skills, ability to work with data and documentation
- Solid project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Process Improvement background.
- Ability to understand and execute on key operational aspects and attentive to details.
- Bi-lingual Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
- Team-player with hands-on attitude, strong collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented.
