Overview:
The Cardholder Services team is looking for a Specialist, Cardholder Services Finance to join our Cardholder Services Finance Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Mastercard customer end to end billing experience all while keeping a relentless eye on quality, accuracy and timeliness of our Cardholder Services Benefits and Insurance products.

This successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders in the Global Business Services Center (GBSC), Finance and Regional Cardholder Services teams to support billing and timeliness in revenue reporting while keeping a keen eye on standardization and globalization of billing processes. This role will protect and govern our Benefits and Insurance applications and represent the global Cardholder Services team as a billing point of contact. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, passionate about creating the best customer experience, highly motivated, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and possesses an agile mindset.

Role:
• Support the Cardholder Services Finance support model to ensure timely responsiveness to inquiries, accuracy and delivery of billing to customers and internal revenue reporting to global and regional stakeholders.
• Support the strategic roadmap for the Cardholder Services Finance Team.
• Point of contact for Benefits and Insurance billing inquiries.
• Evaluate and identify standardization of finance tasks in collaboration with regional leads and product teams.
• Identify short- and long-term opportunities to grow billing process standardization across all benefits and insurance applications.
• Assist in monitoring, and reporting on finance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)
• Support and assist Cardholder Services development efforts for billing transformation enhancements.

All About You:
• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledgeable about Cardholder Services finance and billing.
• Analytical to produce, audit and understand numbers, patterns and use data to inform stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities across the Mastercard matrix.
• Attention to detail to closely pull financial data and highlight anomalies against trends and pre-established variances.
• Self-motivated and can work well in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to take on stretch goals.
