Arcus' leading Payments Platform is focused on building the next generation of payment solutions and enabling any business to launch and offer them across LatAm. More than 90 of Mexico's largest and most innovative companies including Rappi, Uala, Amazon, Santander, trust the Arcus' Platform to send or receive payments. Arcus is part of Mastercard (NYSE MA) and was born in Silicon Valley as part of Y-Combinator and backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Citi Ventures, HOF Capital, Ignia and others.

Role:
Identifying prospects and building pipeline through outbound campaigns to Strategic and Enterprise-level organizations
Build and maintain relationships with enterprises, from executives to product teams and to developers
Helping new clients get started with Arcus and answering questions about our products
Work with our sales and marketing teams to define and execute our sales strategy
Profile:
2-5 years of experience in pipeline development and/or sales (preferably at SaaS company)
Leading high-level conversations with business stakeholders
The ability to evangelize Arcus' value proposition in order to assess buying interest
The ability to thrive in a high customer volume, time-sensitive environment
Having a relentless mindset and unwillingness to quit
Experience working with customers and explaining technical products
Interest in financial services and technical products; a high degree of intellectual curiosity
Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed
Desire to get (more) technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of APIs
Fluent in English & Spanish
