As an Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) Business Analyst, you will work closely in the ACD business development within Mastercard, working with project managers through all the Americas team. Supported by the ACD team, this position will need to review project's scope details, billings, new job request/closings, WIP tracking, transfers/delays, and project change notices, staying abreast of changes and modifications to client budgets.
Role
• Scope and budget definition support; ensuring adherence to contract billing policies, compliance guidance and ACD workflow procedures; providing summaries of monthly billing and reconciliations.
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly and ad-hoc financial reports, such as labor reports, weekly utilization analysis, client budget trackers (ETC).
• Assist with on-boarding of new hires including time & expense entry, and PO processing.
• Liaise with Finance, and Billing teams to comply with client contract terms including billing and payment terms and ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Manage and report on estimate vs actual for all jobs
• Ensure production jobs are reconciled and closed on a timely basis.
• Manage open Jobs and Purchase Order reports on a monthly basis to ensure timely closure.
• Process new contractor and FTE onboarding requests.
• Assist in the review of budgets/SOWs and client staffing plans, including rate card.
All About You
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning (preferred focused on Marketing deliveries)
• Solid financial background with proven analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analysis (such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
• Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Approachable and solution-oriented
• Understanding of accounting concepts
