The Opportunity
We are seeking a Clarity PPM Architect/Developer to join our Business of IT Tools Team. This role will continue maturing our Clarity PPM platform for utilization across all MassMutual. Additionally, provide highly technical leadership and direction to high priority or special projects undertaken by the area.

The Team
As part of the Business of IT Tools team, act as the primary technical resource to client and IT staff in all phases of the development and implementation process as well as provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming, and implementation. Also, valuate new technological developments and evolving business requirements including distributed and/or client server systems.

The Impact (Responsibilities):

This role will be responsible for the architecture, design, maintenance, development and enhancement of our Clarity PPM platform. This includes report development and maintenance of the PPM eco system, data management and analysis.

  • Serve as the program lead for architecture design/development for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions, to include translating business requirements into technology architectures leveraging the latest in CA PPM/Clarity PPM functionality.
  • Support development activities for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions
  • Deliver SME-level expertise surrounding CA PPM/Clarity PPM Functional and Technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business groups, providing guidance and solutions using Clarity PPM.
  • Build and support an effective, scalable, and integrated platform to ensure a smooth end to end experience and a high degree of data quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define and align on high level strategy, requirements, solution design and drive delivery in an agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of and expertise with integration between Clarity and other business solutions; with future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
  • Support the Forecast and Annual Budget processes


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years experience with Clarity or related experience in defining new enterprise solution; performed in different roles such as Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, Core Developer, Technical Support Lead


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in software delivery model of different SDLC models such as Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Broad knowledge of Data Analytics methods, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Leading effort in system integration and data migration activities
  • Data Migration from Clarity SQL Server to Clarity Oracle / Clarity Oracle to SQL Server
  • Integration from WorkDay, SAP, etc to Clarity for resource/financial information
  • Clarity Studio
  • Lookup Creation and Configuration
  • Portlet, NSQL Development & Configuration
  • Creation of Jobs
  • OBS and Partitions
  • Creation of Processes and managing the workflow
  • GEL Scripting
  • XML Open Gateway (XOG)
  • Involving all clarity configurations and resolving the issues
  • Clarity Installation and Configuration (Windows and non-Windows)
