This internship is based at our Springfield, MA office in a hybrid setting where you will be onsite three (3) days per week.
The Program
This summer internship is for college students who are preparing for a future in leadership (people or project management). The Minimum Qualifications
- Current Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a four-year bachelor's degree program
- Able to work in office at our Springfield, MA corporate home office
- Must be currently authorized to work in the US, without requiring any future sponsorship
The Ideal Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills gained from student clubs, community involvement or work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
- Creative problem solver, self-starter, intellectually curious, and an agile learner
- Able to influence others and demonstrate strong consultative skills
- Able to demonstrate strong business acumen
- Military experience a plus!
