The Worksite Implementation Manager is responsible for developing and managing client implementation project plans for our customers. They will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established, effective enrollment strategies are in place and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process.

The Worksite Insurance business is growing as we aim to reach middle class workers in support of the company's vision to provide financial well-being to all Americans. Worksite has achieved success in recent years distributing our Group Voluntary and Executive products through our multi-channel distribution relationships.

The Impact:
The Worksite Implementation Manager is responsible for being the Single point of contact for clients, brokers and external partners during the implementation and enrollment process. You will develop and manage client implementation project plans for our customers. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established, ensure effective enrollment strategies are in place and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Single point of contact for clients, brokers and external partners during the implementation and enrollment process
- Coordinates with sales, communication consultants and operations to organize and plan successful enrollments strategies and implementation timelines
- Offer a consultative approach to customers through their onboarding while demonstrating a solid knowledge of MassMutual's products and services including administration, billing, enrollment communication and technology platforms
- Deliver exceptional and timely customer service when addressing implementation questions and issues
- Display an understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners and build cohesive partnerships with internal and external customers
- Conduct product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers and benefit counselors
- Participate in Strategic Partner and Finalist presentations
The Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Voluntary Benefits experience in either implementation, sales support, account management or enrollment strategy
The Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Advanced knowledge of life and health insurance products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently
- Self-motivated individual with ability to effectively prioritize work as needed
- Ability to drive resolution to issues within the broader organization
- Proficiency with Salesforce

Salary Range: $84,100.00-$110,300.00
