Highlights of your role:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Develop production line layouts. Analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems by leading problem solving groups.
- Actively deploy and train lean concepts throughout the organization.
- Investigate quality concerns to determine root cause and prevent quality issues from leaving the facility.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
- Minimum 1 year of project management and process improvement experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills
