Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Sr. Tech Lead (Digital Transformation) supporting Mars Brazil Pet Nutrition to drive our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to leverage digital technologies, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experiences. This position will also play a critical role in driving Digital First Core agenda across OE's in Latam.
Key Responsabilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to align digital strategies with organizational goals for Brazil market.
- Portfolio Management: Be an active participant and contributor to all key financial planning processes, especially Digital Budgeting.
- Project Management: Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and challenges, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Technology Adoption: Advocate for and facilitate the adoption of new digital tools and technologies across the organization.

Day to Day
- Partnering with Business stake holders and global teams in developing and executing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Digital Leads, business partners, Product teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Engage & manage with functional/business stakeholders to articulate DT regional priorities and Implement fit-for-purpose Digital products in alignment with global product owners.
- Drive adoption & usage of new supply chain technologies and systems to achieve KPI's.
- Leading and managing teams within Digital core to achieve supply chain automation objectives.
- Manage programs within Digital Core which are ERP, E2E Planning, Smart factories, commercial ,R&D.
- Lead and manage team of 5-10 members (Internal and SI partners)
- Expertise in ERP, E2E Planning, Smart factories, commercial, R&D, Supply analytics.
