In this high-impact, global role, you'll be on the front lines of cyber defense-detecting, responding to, and mitigating cybersecurity threats that could impact Mars' people and operations around the world.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a core member of our global incident response team, leading investigations and response to complex and high-priority cybersecurity events.
• Analyze cyber threat intelligence and execute deep-dive forensics and malware analysis to help identify, contain, and eliminate threats.
• Hunt proactively for advanced threats across networks, systems, and endpoints, using tools like SIEM and EDR.
• Design and deploy cyber defense solutions and tools that protect our infrastructure-now and into the future.
• Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity Engineering, IT teams, and business leaders to strengthen our overall security posture.
• Shape and evolve Mars' incident response capabilities by developing standards, playbooks, and strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• An ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to protect a purpose-driven business.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or IT.
• Intermediate-level cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, CEH).
• Proven hands-on experience in incident response, threat hunting, or operating within a top-tier SOC.
• Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) security and/or email security platforms.
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, networking, cloud environments, and security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business language.
