Working on the transformation will allow you to drive strategic initiatives that will revolutionize the way we do business.
What are we looking for?
- Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years in Value Chain Operations roles, with solid expertise in manufacturing operations, ideally within Royal Canin or Mars divisions.
- Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years working with SAP (PP and PM modules), strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills, and good computer literacy.
- Process and Teamwork: Knowledge of process design and improvement, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Communication and Detail Orientation: Proficient in English (written and verbal), ability to present complex information clearly, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Integration and Process Design: Supports integration of global Manufacturing processes with other functional areas, designs efficient manufacturing operations, and supports regional EOS deployments.
- Collaboration and Transition Planning: Works with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to transition from legacy systems, and collaborates with Global Business Process Owners and Functional Experts to design seamless Manufacturing processes.
- Project Participation and Knowledge Transfer: Actively participates in project planning and execution, ensures knowledge transfer to trainers, and supports change management activities to drive adoption of new system capabilities.
- Documentation and Testing: Maintains clear documentation of processes and data management practices, supports testing of new solutions, and follows up on capability developments with the solution provider.
