What will be your key responsibilities?
- Functional knowledge about SAP Finance, Inbound and Outbound systems and processes.
- Leads a high performing team of up to 4 associates and 5 to 15 contractors.
- Be an ambassador of Agile methodology/delivery and embrace Mars Digital Technologies ways of working and initiative.
- Responsible for building and maintaining high performing team members (Scrum Masters, Development Teams, ...)
- Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented.
