Job Description:
As a Consumer Care & OneInsights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing Mars Petcare's mission to make a better world for pets by supporting the delivery of Consumer Care insights and collaborating with the OneInsights team. You will help ensure that our strategies are deeply informed by the voices and needs of pet parents.
This role is essential for translating complex Consumer Care data into actionable insights that drive business performance and enhance our understanding of consumer preferences. Your ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful insights will empower teams across the organization to innovate and enhance our product offerings, ultimately enriching the lives of pets and their families. Additionally, you will support consumer research and insights studies, utilizing an array of primary and secondary research sources to answer critical business questions.

What are we looking for?
- A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Marketing Research, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in related work (customer service, technical services, consumer relations, public relations, etc.).
- Minimum 1+ years of consumer research experience, with proficiency in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods and the ability to apply them appropriately to address business issues.
- Proficiency in data preparation and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc., to derive actionable business insights.
- Technical skills in Excel and familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.
- A solid understanding of natural language processing.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and a demonstrated ability to work independently, driven by curiosity and a desire to investigate and make recommendations.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Become an expert in Consumer Care data and utilize this knowledge to embed insights into the business while standardizing reporting.
- Utilize multiple data sources, including Sprinklr, SalesForce, Yogi, and Maestro, to create a comprehensive understanding of Consumer Care insights.
- Maintain recurring reports for executive and category leadership teams.
- Develop clear and concise summaries of data trends and communicate these trends to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Manage the Voice of the Pet Parent program, delivering Pet Parent insights to the business both in PNNA and globally.
- Collaborate with OneInsights, Q&FS, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure effective delivery of Consumer Care insights.
- Support ongoing knowledge optimizations and provide recommendations for tools and efficiencies.
- Partner with Pet Parent Insights teammates on executing brand and portfolio Insights plans, leveraging existing knowledge as well as conducting new primary or secondary research as required.
