  • Permanent full-time role based from our Ellerslie office with 50% of week WFH

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • You will coordinate our product activities (projects) to ensure objectives are met, that resources are used efficiently while doing so, and that excellence in their execution is achieved.
  • Activities include (but are not limited to) product launches, major and minor product changes, range deletions, and promotions.
  • Be an expert on project management, including records and data, managing expectations, informing stakeholders, tracking deliverables, milestones and comparing to plan
  • Deliver and coordinate activity-related communication and reporting across the business
  • Liaise with supply sites from around the world to coordinate the supply chain for each activity
  • Manage stakeholders within the NZ business and in our global supply sites
  • Where there are critical risks against a project, escalate to management along with recommendations for decisions or corrective actions, and requests for support or direction.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Project Management or Packaging, trade Marketing is desirable
  • FMCG Industry knowledge or transferable Industry within Supply Chain,
  • Financial acumen is essential
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
