Job Description:

The Senior Financial Operations Specialist-Corporate Clinic Accounts Receivable, takes on the role of Financial Custodian and Co-Pilot for the business. As Custodian, Finance plays a critical role to create and maintain a controlled environment for the business to help maintain its financial integrity. As Co-Pilot, Finance plays an active role in helping set the strategic direction of the business as well as providing decision-making support to deliver financial commitments and improve overall business performance.

What are we looking for:

• Ensuring the customer's accounts are accurate and all risks are being assessed
• Frequent and organized meetings with customers and sales teams to ensure the accounts are managed in accordance with terms
• Follow up on collectible items and managing the financial relationship with our customers

• Accounts Receivable work is focused on administering, designing, and ensuring compliance with accounts receivable processes including:
• Invoice generation based on purchase orders (including applicable discounts)
• Verification of customer credit approval and applicable payment terms
• Payment processing and application to customer balances in the accounts receivable ledger, including reconciliation of cash payments
• Accounts receivable age analysis and reporting
• May include collections activities
