Omnichannel Sales & Category Analyst, Sam's Club
Bentonville, AR
The Omnichannel Sales & Category Analyst, Sam's Club is responsible for enabling the customer team with full analytical support for the Mars Wrigley business. This role is expected to create, deliver and maintain reporting and analysis in support of the customer team to deliver objectives of: revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, placement/everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing and promotions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years Business Analytics experience preferably in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Ability to travel 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years Business Analytics experience preferably in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance
- CPG Industry experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- MBA or Advanced degree
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Creating and producing reports to perform a wide range of analytics that drive insights and actionable items to be used by customer team
- Assembling analysis/reports from multiple data sources (Nielsen, Retail Link, Compass) that tracks achievement, yields insights and supports the development of customer solutions that benefits customer and company
- Seeking ways (projects) to deliver continual improvement in the process (better, faster) that deliver data that leads to action that builds the business, prevents issues and advances decision making
- Developing expertise in leveraging available tools and processes
- Developing processes that deliver required analysis timely and effectively (both routine analysis and special analysis); support fact based information needed by customer team
- Being a communication link between internal and external partners; represent customer team at appropriate internal meetings and/or customer meetings
