Job Description:
Customer Supply Chain Representative (CSCR) is based in our Hackettstown, New Jersey site. The CSCR is a hybrid role following onboarding.
The Customer Supply Chain Representative is directly responsible for the successful generation, fulfillment and delivery of customer purchase orders. This includes coordination, execution, problem resolution, analysis and communication necessary to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What are we looking for?
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management and/or related field preferred or 2+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Order Management Logistics or Customer-facing role.
- Must be comfortable with external communication and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred
- Knowledge of EDI, ERP and SAP
- Background in Account Receivables and Payables
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Build a relationship with the customer to enhance trust and collaboration.
- Manage order activities to insure timely delivery creation, load planning and adherence to requested arrival date.
- Proactively communicate any issues to sales and the customer, take the lead to improve processes and resolve problems.
- Manage key master data in all order management systems (SAP) and desk guide.
- Represent customer at cross functional CMOS meetings and participate in problem solving and after action reviews as necessary.
- Recognize and resolve any potential order conflicts to insure on time and in full order delivery.
- First point of contact between the customer and key Mars Wrigley Confectionary functions to ensure timely production, delivery and risk mitigation for customer orders.
- Manage projects to drive improvements to customer metrics.
