Job Description:

The role of the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) Lead is to ensure Mars Wrigley (MW) products are on the retailer's shelf, when and where our customer's need them. Primarily by:

Ensuring that the item level forecasts and re-order points within our customers systems' that drive order requirements to Mars Wrigley are as accurate as possible. Ensuring that those customer forecasts (along with other actionable quantitative and qualitative insights) are included in the demand planning and S&OP processes.

The CPFR Lead is the primary point of contact for the customer replenishment team and is secondary point of contact for buying personnel. The role is critical to developing a high quality relationship with this supply chain driven customer, and plays a vital internal role supporting GSV growth and driving operational efficiencies while working collaboratively with Sales, Supply and Demand Planning.

• 2 years with Supply Chain (order management, production planning, inventory analysis/management, outbound logistics, etc.) or equivalent school study.
• Ability to travel 5% of the time
• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of an associate's degree program in Supply Chain or Business.
• Successful completion of a drug and background screen

• Hands-on responsibility with outside customers within the last 12 months
• Bachelor's Degree
• Understanding of Retail Link, Luminate, GRS, SAP, McLane Portal

• Manage proper inventory to support growth plans such as product launches, promotions and in store events in addition to seasonal activity.
• Validate customer item settings are properly maintained to ensure appropriate store level product replenishment.
• Recommend product movements to customer replenishment and inventory management teams.
• Effectively leverage customer forecasting system reporting capabilities
• Partners with customer to be the best in class per Service As Measured By Customer (SAMBC) and Advantage Survey
• Working knowledge of pipeline systems and procedures.
• For constrained supply or allocations, the CPFR leaders analyze and manage the best approach for use of available inventory - to include specific customer settings that determine orders.
• Internal & external escalation point for critical service related and navigates sensitive communications on supply constraints
