The Senior Finance Analyst will be a finance business partner to the Marketing and Innovation teams. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide P&L recommendations and ensure sound financial decisions are made for the organization. This individual will work directly with the Senior Finance Manager to assist in managing product innovation financials, quarterly forecasting, period close, annual operating plan (AOP), key performance indicators (KPI), as well as review and approve A&P investments.

May provide mentorship or training to peers

Know-How:

Working knowledge and practical application of subject matter

  • Produce monthly and quarterly financial packages for Marketing leadership and provide insightful analysis on P&L drivers for Brand teams.
  • Develop the P&Ls for new product launches, working cross functionally to gather inputs, review assumptions, and provide profitable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparation of the Company's annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts while communicating forward-looking guidance on risk and opportunities to business partners.
  • Support month-end close and work with cross-functional teams to identify issues and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Senior Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2 to 4 years
  • Demonstrated analytical proficiency and experience working with business partners
  • Strong competence with financial analysis and accounting practices
  • Beverage alcohol or CPG experience highly desirable
  • Relationship-building and influence skills
  • Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ambitious, self-starter, and results oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree a plus
  • Technical Certifications: CPA, CFA a plus
