Dillon's Small Batch Distillers is looking for Sipping Room Associates to join our team this coming Summer 2025! If you're passionate about spirits and cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are a highly collaborative and uber-enthusiastic team player, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome Guests to the Sipping Room
• Educate Guests on our Spirits & Bitters collection
• Lead Guests through tastings
• Lead tours of the Distillery
• Assist with events and day to day operations within the Dillon's hospitality Team
• Assist with sales in the Sipping Room

• 2+ Years of Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
• Smart Serve Certificate Required
• Strong communication skill• Exceptional time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required
