Exposure to the financial reporting and analysis tasks while suggesting and developing process improvements. Heavy involvement in year-end audits while searching for ways to proactively prepared PBC's. Prepare, review, and present complicated general ledger accounts for management review.
Accountabilities:
- Large and highly visible account reconciliations
- Journal entries for more complicated and involved general ledger accounts
- Working closely with FP&A to discuss deadlines and be able to explain line-item details of accounts and discrepancies
- Communicating to the management team and being able to effectively present findings

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or CPA a plus
- 3-4 years of experience
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Experience with Excel and other accounting systems
