The Life of a Retail Wine Associate:

  • Maintain understanding of customer service, process, and administrative standards; adhere to Wine Boutique and company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Process customer sales, provide guest service and tastings, set up for tour tastings in the Hospitality Kitchen
  • Identify opportunities to sell wine, Wine Club, accessories, and tours
  • Transition effectively between tasking, sales, and hospitality responsibilities as scheduled
  • Provide boutique and hospitality support as directed - set up and tear down tour tastings
  • Develop and maintain Mission Hill wine and merchandise knowledge to support exemplary retail experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or retail environment
  • Must have Serving It Right certification, as well as be of legal age to serve alcohol in BC
  • Must be flexible as the hours of work will fluctuate with business volume
  • Working days, evenings, and weekends required

Bonus Points:

  • Second language is considered an asset
