Procurement Category Manager, Packaging

Role Purpose:

The Procurement Category Manager, Packaging is responsible for category strategy development, competitive sourcing execution, contracts management, and supplier performance management for Packaging spends across MAB's internal manufacturing and co-packer sites.

Accountabilities & Impact:

• Drive category strategy development and sourcing execution plans for all MAB sites.
• Work with the Director to embed rigor in category management practices and a disciplined approach to creating and executing sourcing and supplier management plans.
• Act as primary Procurement liaison to business stakeholders for NPD.
• Deliver value through cost savings & sourcing initiatives
• Help build material cost standards and budget for fiscal year budget resets. Ensure on target to budget set

• Ability to analyze market trends and business data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational skills
