Role Purpose:
The Customer Supply Chain Planner is responsible for focusing on the customer and understand their expectations, while working internally to deliver an optimized supply chain. They serve as the voice of the customer within Mark Anthony and will be the linkage between Sales and Supply Chain to deliver the right product at the right time.
Accountabilities & Impact:
- Main point of contact for Sales and Distributors to manage the overall order to cash process which includes day-to-day operations and order questions.
- Proactively work cross-functionally internally and externally to monitor SKU movement and inventory levels, provide recommendations on orders, and manage all aspects of order discrepancies.
- Proactively develop and strengthen distributor relationships.
- Partner with sales to support strategic initiatives across the customer base to promote depletions and deliver growth.
