Brand Sales
- Participate in "work-withs" with the MAWS On Premise and Retail Sales teams to drive growth in targeted accounts
- Own an account list (master route) for direct calling targeted OP and Retail accounts identified as top opportunities for brand growth (this list will be developed by MAWS in collaboration with the Brand Development Manager)
- Participate in meetings with OP, NKA and Retail Key Account meetings as appropriate to drive brand distribution
- Develops relationships with Private Customers and High-Net Worth consumers or collectors
Brand Education & Events
- Ensure MAWS Sales organization is expertly educated on the brand and emotionally incentivized to sell the brands
- Ensure the correct Point of Sales Materials and Sales Tools are in market with customers
- Deliver training to Retail Customers nationally (if applicable) and execute in-store tastings
- Deliver staff training to target On Premise customers nationally to ensure the brand is top of mind
- Acts as the "face" of the brand at key events and trade shows
- Available to deliver consumer seminars where appropriate

Brand Planning
- Work with the Portfolio Manager to deliver best-in-class trade activation plans that focus on engaging the consumer and inspiring trial
- Work directly with the Portfolio Manager and Sales Directors to finalize target account lists and listing goals for the focus SKUs from within the Symington Portfolio
- In partnership with MAWS, execute the trade activation plans
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5+ years in Port Wine business
- Portuguese speaking
- Event management experience an asset
- Completed Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
- Masters in Business/Marketing an asset
- WSET Level 3 or equivalent
- Strong relationships with retail and on-premise customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Portuguese
- Strong presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic influencing skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strategic long-range planning skills and excellence in prioritization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel extensively across Canada
