Manager, Regional Key Accounts

The objective of the Key Account Manager (KAM) is to drive the strategy and initiatives established by the Mark Anthony LRB leadership team within their assigned grocery and convenience chains. The KAM will be responsible for achieving volume and distribution goals of the MABI LRB portfolio within their defined universe of Regional Accounts.

Accoutabilities:

  • Sell and execute company strategy and initiatives for regional and local chains within an assigned territory, influencing execution of programs via decision maker within chain
  • Drive ongoing sales cadence with key accounts, leading scheduling and appointments to obtain new accounts and to service existing accounts
  • Responsible for building and owning relationships through select management within wholesaler network, sharing key contact responsibilities for company communication
  • Ensure area compliance on corporate mandated and authorized programs, adhering to company standards of execution (pricing, merchandising, POS, branding)

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

  • Execution 50% - meeting Distribution and Display targets across KAM owned and managed subset of accounts
  • Volume 40% - deliver the market level LRB ABP Volume ambition within defined account list
  • Investment 10% - maximizing in-market budget and resources to 100% usage, effectively deployed to meet market needs

Own:

  • Account Level KPIs catered to LRB specific objectives
  • Securing Distribution and Promotional Activity within Key Accounts
  • Clear, measurable communication lines within Wholesaler tier

Influence:

  • Chain buyers and external decision makers, Wholesaler Chain Managers
  • Best in class communication and clarity against a multi-faceted RTM network

Veto:

  • Specific customer plans / asks that disrupt the LRB Strategic vision, or competitive balance of the market.

Critical Relationships:

  • Regional Sales Manager - LRB (Direct Line Manager)
  • LRB Territory Sales Representatives
  • LRB National/Strategic Accounts
  • Key Account Retail execution
  • Wholesaler Large/Small format Channel Manager stakeholder engagement

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

  • 2+ years' management experience in non-alcoholic beverage industry preferred
  • Ability to utilize syndicated data to create story telling, selling propositions, and reasons to believe in opportunities in market
  • Existing knowledge of regional off premise chains within assigned territory
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
