- Utilize extensive guest services and administration skills to guide guests through services offered by the winery to meet their unique needs.
- Respond to general inquires via phone call or email regarding shipment status, restaurant reservations, events, wine experiences & tours, providing options and secure bookings.
- Facilitate information regarding local accommodations, dining and tourism as requested.
- Inbound new sign-ups & sales and build a guest experience relationship with wine club members.
- Maintain an understanding of guest services according to administrative standards, adhering to company procedures and policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hospitality environment and in an administrative position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills (organize, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines) in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season.
- Enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.
- Professional and gracious demeanor in all mediums of communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
