The Finance Manager will play a key role in the financial planning process, business analysis and reporting of financial results related to General & Administrative (G&A) spend.
The Finance Manager will act as the business partner to various departments, providing day-to-day financial guidance, presenting monthly G&A results, and leading each through the budgeting/forecasting processes. The Finance Manager will lead financial headcount planning and reporting for salaried employees.

Know-How:
Comprehensive knowledge of subject matter gained through training or experience
- Build relationships with customers, including new customers not previously supported in this function
- Partner with People Ops to reconcile latest organizational changes to inform reporting and financial planning
- Develop new reporting to address current gaps
- Proactively identify and address process improvements and data discrepancies
- Delegate work where appropriate to direct report (potential in future)
Experience Category: 6 to 8 years
Experience:
- Experience with reporting financial results and financial budgeting
- Strong competence with financial analysis and accounting practices
- Beverage alcohol and/or CPG experience highly desirable
- Relationship-building & influence skills
- Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
- Ambition, self-starter initiative, results orientation
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes
