Role Purpose:

The Coordinator, Manufacturing Excellence should be prepared to help align and coordinate standardized tools for development of standard practices and dashboarding across our manufacturing network. A successful analyst will be focused on formalizing documentation and communicating effectively within the manufacturing organization. This role will be critical to ensure the technical documentation and KPI mgmt. are formalized and communicated to all key stakeholders.

Accountabilities & Impact:

• Development of standard documentation in conjunction with Technical and ManEx Leadership
• Standardization & Management of Documentation
• Development of standardized KPI Dashboard and templates.
• Development and mgmt. of training content library.
• Development and Mgmt of Central & Plant SharePoint Sites
• Coordination of projects with some project management
• Project validation of financial and operational metrics.

• Statistical Data Analysis - Minitab Preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SharePoint
• Project Management Skills
• Bachelors Degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics with 0-2 years of experience
