As our Beverage Technologist you will participate in the various aspects of liquid innovation and application within the Product Development Department. This role has a passion for Food Science, Food Nutrition and/or Chemistry and has the drive to learn and proactively take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities

What you'll do:
- Be responsible for project including formula design, communication with external teams, sample preparation and sensory tasting.
- Prepare lab formula, ETQ formula and specification for new/revised products.
- Be responsible for the communication to flavor house, ingredient supplier.
- Work with QA to determine finished product specifications new product integrity and stability testing.
- Assistant with QA and Operations for technical supports and first runs or pilot runs.
- Perform sensory evaluations and organize, coordinate and conduct taste panels.
- Work on shelf-life extension and alternative ingredient review.
- Work with PD team in terms of experiment design, research, and other tasks.
- Work closely specific flavor houses and ingredient supplier.
What you have:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Nutrition, Chemistry or related.
- Beverage experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage product development, formulating, sensory and testing is preference.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Work effectively with our ingredient suppliers and our procurement team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Desire to build a long-term career in product and flavor development.
- Team player and able to network quickly with internal and external work colleagues and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and "roll up your sleeves" to make things happen.
