As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee multiple aspects of building operations while ensuring safety and efficiency.

- Act as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors to ensure smooth building operations.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain facility standards.
- Respond promptly to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring a high level of service.
- Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
What’s Needed?
- 8-10 years of related experience in facilities management, property management, or building operations.
- Familiarity with building systems, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
