Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a hands-on work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Provide test and manufacturing support for MEMS inertial, magnetic, and pressure sensor products.
- Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and drive yield improvements.
- Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.
- Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience in semiconductor space or similar
- Experience with silicon fab, MEMS sensors, pressure, and magnetic sensors.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience using statistical analysis tools (like JMP, Minitab, SAS, RStudio, etc.) to analyze data efficiently.
