As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Sterile Injectables Development (SID) Portfolio Team supporting various organizational partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Interface between the SID Portfolio Director, SID Functional Leaders, and other organizational partners to ensure accurate project plans and resource allocation.
- Provide tools and analytics for optimal utilization of SID resources and ensure clear representation of portfolio status.
- Conduct necessary reporting and analytics to support project-level indirect forecasts and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in project team meetings and support overall management of the project team as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project planning templates and reporting practices within the Portfolio Team.

What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to drug development or engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing drug delivery devices, combination products, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong capabilities in data analytics and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Spotfire.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations while gathering input from colleagues.
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiating skills with a high awareness of personal limits.
