About the Job
We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to help make our manufacturing plant safer, more efficient, and higher in quality. You will use tools like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing (5S, SMED, Kaizen) to find ways to improve our processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Spot and fix issues that slow down production or affect quality
  • Work on electrical, mechanical, and IT projects
  • Lead meetings with operators and coworkers to plan improvements
  • Use data to figure out why machines stop working and prevent future downtime
  • Plan projects (costs, schedules) and keep everything on track

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Basic Six Sigma know-how (Green Belt is a bonus)
  • Familiarity with Lean tools (5S, SMED, Kaizen)
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Pay & Perks:
