Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a SAP PM Data Specialist to join their team. As a SAP PM Data Specialist, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and flexibility, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

  • Create, update, and maintain CMMS master data including assets, technical objects, and maintenance plans.
  • Analyze maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CMMS data and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with PM standards and conduct periodic quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with maintenance planners and supervisors to identify and correct discrepancies in CMMS master data.

What's Needed?

  • 3+ years of experience working with the SAP PM module, including master data and work order management.
  • Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and the SAP PM module.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and EHS departments.
  • Proficient in SAP PM master data updates, including functional locations and equipment.
  • Strong computer skills and project coordination abilities.
