Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Master Cam Programmer to join their team. As a Master Cam Programmer, you will be part of the production team supporting the machining operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Master Cam Programmer
Location: Methuen, MA
Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00-3:30pm. OT is required at times.
What's the Job?
- Create programs for Haas milling centers using MasterCam.
- Set up and run milling centers when programming is not available.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes.
- Conduct programming tests to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all operations.

What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in MasterCam programming for CNC milling centers.
- Proficiency in MasterCam Version 2024.
- Strong understanding of CNC milling operations.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
