Pay Rate: $18.90/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm

Manpower is hiring for first shift production line lead in Mechanicsburg!
Paying $18.90/hour PLUS weekly attendance bonus!!
Ability to use computer scanning materials, line workers, and printing license plates, within an SAP environment. Meet Safety, Quality, and production expectations outlined by Management.
Responsible for reading, understanding Bills of Materials, and the ability to explain work instructions to production line operators.

At the beginning of the shift, determine necessary materials needed to build packs/displays. If a new project, Line Lead will build Quality Sample and work closely with Quality Inspector, prior to starting production.
Operates line equipment (i.e. automatic label applicators, tape machines, and shrink bundling equipment) requiring starting/stopping equipment and clearing jams.
Maintain and promote a safe working environment by following SOPs and providing direction to Production Operators.
Communicate any Quality or Production issues to Supervisor and next shift’s Line Lead.
Work in collaboration with the Maintenance team to repair equipment, producing a high-Quality Product.
Performs hourly Quality checks, while entering the data and production photos into an app. Must have the ability to identify visual defects.
At the end of each production run, ensure the line is clear of all materials. Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and organized manner. Communicate unsafe conditions and follow all safety procedures.
Documenting production and product information clearly and accurately.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
