Job Title: Fabrication Support
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Range: $18+/hour based on shift and experience.
What’s the Job?
- Exhibit active leadership in order to model and support the company’s vision, culture and strategies
- Ensure that safety is always the number one priority; promote and support a safe work environment and safety oriented culture by following all safety programs and guidelines
- Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently in order to maximize output while meeting customer quality requirements
- Strenuous or repetitive jobs must rotate at a minimum of every 4 hours to prevent the risk of injury

What’s Needed?
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to recognize safety concerns
- Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment
- A highly motivated self-starter

- Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts according to customer specifications
