About the Role
The role is responsible for ensuring that Global solutions related applications, services and procedures are well supported and properly executed. The Trainee will be rotating through all groups in the Solutions and B2B/EDI team.

Your Responsibilities
User support: 1st and 2nd level Support, troubleshooting and reporting
3rd level support for issue and problem management
Supports functional department with user training
Project member for new applications (Go Live preparations and after Go Live support)
Documentation: Prepare technical and training documentation
Support for application or project testing
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field of study from a recognized IT program.

Your preferred qualifications
Knowledge in the field of administration of WEB applications and databases (MSSQL)
Familiar with SQL language and mainstream database.
Linux experience is an advantage
Fluent English language knowledge: written and spoken
Ability to train and coach within the plant
Ability to work effectively, independently and with others in a collaborative environment
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
