We are currently looking for a Working student (20-30 hours) with analytical skills to expand our Total Rewards team in Vienna or in Graz (Austria). In this role you will assist in the further development of Magna's Total Rewards programs and systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the participation of compensation and benefits surveys and conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarks
  • Support the implementation of our compensation processes
  • Collect economic data, wage guideline information and remuneration data
  • Responsible for administrative tasks in connection with our Employee Equity and Profit Participation Program

Who we are looking for

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English and German
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of European labor and tax law an asset but not required

Your preferred qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program, ideally in economics, business administration, HR, finance or in another relevant field
