About the Role
Your Responsibilities
- Superviser la production de l'activité Injection
- Assurer la production selon les standards interne de l'atelier Injection
- Améliorer les process de production et anticiper les dérives
- Rechercher et proposer, en permanence, des solutions pour améliorer la productivité, la réactivité et la qualité de la production
- Piloter les différentes réunions de la production
- Animer l'analyse des NC et la réduction du scrap
- Gérer les conflits et instaurer un climat de travail positif
- Suivi et améliorer les performances des équipes de production
- Assurer le respect du produit et des 5S
- Assurer le respect des normes HSE
Who we are looking for
- Formation réglementée : Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Bac+5 Technique
- Expérience professionnelle : 5 ans dans un poste similaire / secteur automobile.
