Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and Coordination quality team for Wire Harness and Actuator product groups;
- Monitoring of the required quality objectives;
- Identification of risks in the process and initiation of measures;
- Responsible for compliance and continuous improvement of required quality goals;
- Responsible for the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- Supports continuous improvement activities;
- Ensures that the customer specific requirements are taken into account;
- Leading customer audits;
- Coordination, management and development of the employees ;
- Support the Quality Manager on the following topics:
- Implementation and maintaining of management system;
- Preparation and reporting of "Cost of Quality";
- Planning and performing of internal audits ( Process VDA 6.3, System Audits IATF 16949);
- Supports MQS/MAFACT integration;
- Observes and applies the regulations of safety and environmental protection at work according to ISO 45001 and ISO14001 , is responsible and permanently participates in the observance of the IATF16949 system, observance of work discipline, use of working hours;
Who are we looking for:
- Technical education (bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Management;
- Experience in leadership and motivation;
- Knowledge about problem solving techniques;

- Flexible, strong in implementation, capable of working in a team;
- Proactive and comprehensive thinking and action skills ;
- Capable for conflict resolution;
